Virtudocs document station is a turnkey solution for the electronic capture and coding of paper documents, targeted primarily for litigation support. The portable, stand-alone system contains all of the top-of-the-line hardware and software required to engage in high-speed scanning, OCR activities, "auto-coding", folder structuring, and image searching and viewing. There is no need to load anything on to your network or to purchase software for individual users. The document station combines multiple processes that normally require multiple hardware and software components, into one process, on one system. The result is more rapid and cost-effective access to information. In conjunction with the document station, we offer a unique feature, DocID, which automatically codes documents for bibliographical field information, significantly reducing labor and time required for traditional coding.
